The trip started at 1 pm and was a half day, departing from Key West Florida’s very own Key West Harbour Yacht clubs. It was a breezy afternoon with the winds around 10 to 15 mph from the East, high around 85. The plan is to go south past the reef and set up on the edge of a color change(this means when the waters and current from the gulf stream meets with our local tides it forms a current rip). We use live baits like thread fin or goggle eye fished from a kite and at a drift. We had numerous fish around the boat including tuna and sailfish. landed 1 for 2 on sails, and one black fintuna! Give us a call and book your next fishing trip! (305)797-6046 Capt. Harry
